Visitor (subclass 600)
This stream is for the visitors who want to travel to Australia, as a tourist to see beautiful landscape, to visit their family or distant relatives, to carry out business research or attend conference, will travel as a group or as a frequent traveler.
We provide specialist services in the following sub- streams of this visa,
Tourist stream (apply from inside or outside Australia)
This stream is for people to visit Australia as a tourist, to visit country or to meet friends or family, and does not include any business activity or medical treatment purpose. This visa is issued for a duration up to 12 months depending on individual case and does not give work rights to the applicant. However, a short course of up to 3 months can be taken up during the stay in Australia.
The visitor must be a genuine temporary entrant with a strong evidence of ties to home country to return. An evidence of strong financial capacity to support the stay within the country is also desirable.
Sponsored Family Stream
For those who have a family member who is Australian citizen or permanent citizen living inside Australia and can sponsor them to visit as a tourist. The visa is a temporary visa that allows the applicant to enter the country and stay for up to 12 months to visit the family members.
There are no work rights on this visa, but they can enrol in a short course of 3 months duration. The visa cannot be extended for more time once it gets expired and another visa is required to stay in the country.
Business visitor stream
People traveling on this visa can travel to Australia to conduct business or employment activities, to conduct business negotiations, carry out a market research to study feasibility of the future business, or to attend a trade show or conference without involving financial benefit from the organizers.
This is a temporary visa issued only to carry out business activities without any work rights.it is not allowed to take any financial benefit through selling any business services while on this visa. This non-extendable visa is granted for a period of twelve months with not more than a three months stay with every travel. It can be issued as a single entry or multiple entry visa depending upon each case.
Approved Destination Status stream
This is a special tourist visa available for the citizens of the People’s Republic of China who want to travel as a part of an organised tour group by an approved travel agent. This allows the participants of the organized tour group to conduct planned activities. They enter together and leave as a group as well. The length of this temporary visa and whether it will be a single entry or multiple entry is solely dependent upon the assessment of individual case and the outcome.
Frequent traveller stream
This is a special visa only available for the citizens of the People’s Republic of China who travel frequently to Australia for carrying out the business or personal reasons. This is a multiple entry visa that can be granted for up to 10 years with a maximum stay of three months with each travel.
